Two GoHighLevel funnels: an aesthetic consultation page and a coaching one-page site

A calm consultation funnel for an aesthetic clinic and a one-page coaching site with offers, a book and an embedded strategy-call calendar, built natively in GoHighLevel and fully editable.

Two pages, two very different jobs. An aesthetic clinic needs a calm consultation page that gets a nervous first-time visitor to book 30 minutes. A business coach needs a one-page site that explains three offers, a book and a founder story, and still keeps one action obvious: book a strategy call. Both had to live inside an existing GoHighLevel account, connect to the calendars and workflows already there, and stay easy for the owner to edit.

About this build. This is an example build based on a real brief. The brand names, copy and testimonials are placeholders I wrote for the concept. Nothing here is client data, and there are no results numbers on purpose. The point is to show how I plan, design and hand over funnels like these in GoHighLevel.

The brief

  • Project 1: an aesthetic consultation landing page, rebuilt from a mockup made in GHL AI Studio, with booking buttons, a form and the existing workflows connected.
  • Project 2: a one-page mini website for a coaching and mentorship brand: strategy calls, mentorship programs, a book, an about-the-founder section and booking.
  • Constraints: recreate the design accurately, mobile-responsive, minimal back-and-forth, and every section editable inside the client’s own GHL account.

Project 1: Aesthetic consultation funnel

Desktop and mobile. The booking card in the hero shows the next real calendar slots.

Step 01

Lower the stakes before asking for the booking

WhyPeople booking a first aesthetic consultation are often nervous about being sold to. A page that opens with treatments and prices pushes them away.

HowThe headline and copy lead with “no pressure to book a treatment on the day”, three trust points sit under the buttons, and the treatments section is framed as “start with a conversation, not a menu”. One primary action repeats down the page: book a free consultation.

Step 02

A form that prepares the practitioner, then hands off to the calendar

WhyLong intake forms kill bookings. No form at all means the practitioner walks in blind.

HowA short GHL form: name, phone, email, what they want help with (chips, not free text) and preferred day. On submit it opens the GHL booking calendar with the contact already created and tagged by concern, so the existing confirmation and reminder workflows fire without changes.

Step 03

Built for the phone first

HowOn mobile the hero stacks, the trust points wrap cleanly, and a sticky bar keeps “Call” and “Book consult” within thumb reach. Sections use GHL’s own rows and columns rather than custom code, so the owner can edit text, images and buttons in the builder.

Project 2: Coaching and mentorship one-page site

One page, one main action: book a free strategy call.

Step 04

Three offers, one clear starting point

WhyWhen a coach lists every way to work together side by side, visitors stall on which to choose.

HowThe offer cards make the strategy call the entry point for everything, highlight the mentorship program as the main offer, and keep the team intensive as an enquiry. Each button goes to the right GHL calendar or form.

Step 05

The book and the founder story do the trust work

HowA dedicated book section (buy link plus a free chapter opt-in that feeds a GHL list) and an about-the-founder section with credentials. Placeholder figures are labelled so they get replaced with verified numbers before launch.

Step 06

Booking on the page, not behind another click

HowThe strategy-call section embeds the GHL calendar directly, with a pre-call questionnaire and the existing confirmation and reminder sequence. Every booking lands in the pipeline with its source.

How I build pages like these in GoHighLevel

  • Match the mockup first, then improve. I rebuild the approved design section by section, then flag any spacing or mobile issues instead of quietly changing the design.
  • Native GHL elements only. Rows, columns, forms, calendars and buttons from the builder, so everything stays editable without touching code.
  • Connect, don’t rebuild. Forms and calendars are wired to the client’s existing workflows, tags and pipeline stages.
  • Test before handover. A real test booking on desktop and mobile, checking the confirmation, reminders and pipeline entry.
  • Short handover. A Loom walkthrough showing where to edit text, images and buttons.

What this shows

Fast, accurate funnel builds don’t come from building more. They come from a clear main action, a short form that hands off to the calendar, and using the workflows the client already has. If you have a mockup in GHL AI Studio or Figma and want it built properly inside your account, book a free 15-minute funnel check.
